They Both Die At The End
Year: 2020Materials: Cut and Dyed Paper, Paste, Alcohol Markers, Watercolour Dye
This project is an exploration of one of my all time favourite books “They Both Die at the End” by Adam Silvera. I took a copy of the book and cut and dyed the pages, turning the book itself into the artwork. The piece shows the two main characters Mateo and Rufus, showing their connection while grappling with their mortality at the same time.
